Oh, Tanoo. Some days are like that.
Sometimes when I am feeling that way I think of a little meditative mantra that I learned and I whisper it to myself a few times: "In this moment I am perfect, just the way I am".   Grasping the moment and accepting yourself as you are in that moment really helps.   When I am lucid enough to think of this, it always works...
