Kelli, There's a great book, the "Power of Positive Intentions"
I think it's by Wayne Dyer. You would like it. Hope you are feeling better (God save the Queen!)

"I have a headache,
and it really sucks,
Almost can't see,
it's killing me,
and now I
have to run
and throw up...."

"Kilgara Mountain" from the song by PP&M (In Concert)
He rode stock straight in the saddle, as his father had, even though he was exhausted. A tall man, lean and hard from life in the hills; a man with dreams too grand for his life; a man turning sour with disappointment.
The day broke clean and virginal, as so many others, bright, blue Irish Sea, reflecting a bright, blue Irish sky. He could not imagine a life any where. He could not trod any land, save his own, and still feels the remorse of so many of his lost countrymen who chose the risks of emigration.
At home, only hours away now, waited his darling Jenine. A diamond of this earth, his only reason for living. His horse was tired, sweating, slow and unmotivated. He had not the desire to attempt a rate increase. "...Safe home, safe home, safe home..." He heard nothing, but a sudden glint of light caught his eye. Not movement of man or beast, but of light only. It was the rflection of spectacles, canteen, rifle barrel, binocular glasses -- something! He had seen something.
