And for stressing the point - if you're happy with how you look, fantastic; if you want to look different, do it! And, speaking of Spandex, it is hilarious to me even when teeny tiny people wear it. My husband wears it, and I giggle every time he leaves for a bike ride. As always, nice to see you around :)

I think too much emphasis is placed on weight anyway. Good health should be stressed, but that doesn't necessarily mean skinny. A person should be comfortable enough in their own skin (regardless of how much there is) no matter what. Of course people also have a responsibility to look the best that they can. You'd never make the mistake of calling my wife Twiggy, but you never catch her in spandex either.
