Horus

"The day you were born, a ladder was set up to help you escape from this world"  RUMI

I would like to think that there is a planner.  I would like not to think that we are alone in this.

Thank you Horus

Kelli

those were also the questions of my posting.

But I think we should leave the door open to the possibility that we can reach understading of the plans - and maybe - that there are no plans, and if plans exsist we might get to know who thought them.

As there are causes, I think that there are aims. When you're capable of establish aims, and achieve them, you are starting to move toward an understanding. Sometimes, it is enough to take a ladder and climb up to tallest building in your village, or area, and to look downward and around. Then you go back to the ground, and things will look different; they will.

No Horus, I believe we have free will. But I often wonder if even in our

"free will", is it really free?  Was our free will planned?  Do we only think we are choosing?  Did someone choose already what we are going to choose and think that we made the choice ourself not knowing the choice we made was chosen for us to make?

The mouse in the cage may know of being out of the cage unless it was born in the cage.

Kelli,

does this mean that you deny any possibility to free will? And who put the mouse in the cage? Who built the cage and why?

There must be some good reason for men to group together, there are reasons to isolate an individual.

The point is: as an individual, you must take charge of your destiny, at least as far as you're capable of.

Horus, what is, is. What will be, will be. The mouse only knows what it
knows.  You can plan to change destiny, but that is also a part of the destiny.  Que sera sera, whatever will be will be, the future is ours to see............
