trinka - I read that the best time to walk is before breakfast. It helps raise your metabolism.

sounds perfect!
What a great way to spend a day! I have to loose a good 20 myself, but having a hard time finding the motivation to diet. They say it's 70 percent diet and 30 percent exercise. I sure walk plenty to cover the 30 percent but hot damn I love to eat. Sigh.
