Yes, if a certain member/reader reads many different writers then their subscription fee for that month will be divided amongst all the writes they've read that month. The money is divided in the proportion they've read each writer.
This is why it is important to continue to build a loyal base of readers who primarily read you. We recommend that you market yourself on and off Blogit by posting interesting writing regularly on a few blogs. This allows readers to easily find your work and include it in their Favorites etc.
