Interesting post
Well written, too.  I have to be the worrywart here and mention that guarana may cause problems for people with high blood pressure (hypertension), so should be used with care.  I know it works; I just can't use it.

My system can't handle much caffeine so maybe I won't try it.

How I Love Thee

Your response to me love/passion pondering was absolutely brilliant.  Both parties must want it every day - yes, that sounds like the forumula.

And this - fantastic, you do your homework and shared some fascinating discoveries.  I'm a fan of Gurana - I love the energy drinks (Red Bull has pulled me through many-a-club evening) - but be warned, heavy use of this stuff (as in daily) has spawned some nasty side effects -- heart problems, moodiness, and in my peresonal experience, major crashes that required a lot of sleeping and healthy eating.  I can get very edgy if I drink it on an empty stomach, too.

Aphrodisiac?  Ooohh, keep me posted on that one, I haven't experienced that lovely effect yet but I will keep tryin' - inspire me :)
