Here's a couple for you neamer
Why was Lilith, Adam's first wife, edited out of the Bible?
Why was Satan turned from a title given to angle who were assigned to play as the antagonist for God at given times into a being all it own?
Both of these are just the beginning of what has been edited out of the Bible by the Christians. DO some real research, outside of your church's limited set of facts and you will find many, many references that will back both of these up as being part of the Old Testament before Christians got their hands on it.

I don't think I own any readers, Dennison! Make a post of it, then more people will see it (euphemism for "more people will be driven mad by it").

The Trouble With Twelve Year-old Imbeciles
Wit
Although your Blogs always offer wonderfully fertile ground for abundant exposition, I’ll strive for an economy of words here.
First, if I were you, I’d directly challenge any comment that snipes at me by saying that my argument is flawed and pitiful—especially when that unconstructive criticism comes with no supporting facts.
(Neamer, do you really expect your readers to simply accept your ‘flawed and pitiful’ proclamation about Wit’s point of view simply because you say it’s flawed and pitiful? Should we all blindly believe your conclusion in the same manner that you seem to accept beliefs with no empirical evidence to prove them? I think we’re all just a little bit smarter than that.)
Secondly, Neamer claims that, “…None of the major works in philosophy, theology, ethics, religion, spirituality, politics, science, literature or art have been attributed to 12 year olds.” In contrast to Neamer’s declaration, I offer the following examples of youngsters who actually have contributed to the fields of science, art, math, philosophy, religion and spirituality despite their tender age.(Pay special attention to my last example of youthful contribution to humanity. It’s a real savior!)
Mozart began composing at the age of three and in the year 1762 he was lifted onto a pedestal to perform before Austria's Archduchess Maria Theresa. He was only six years old at the time. Okay, maybe he was too young for the standard Neamer’s listed.
We get a little closer to that standard when we consider Abigail Sin who, at ten years old, ranks as the youngest Singaporean ever to obtain the coveted Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music diploma in piano performance. Oh…but she’s only ten years old.
Mathematician Norbert Wiener, who earned a Harvard doctorate at 18 and later invented cybernetics. Damn the bad luck! He’s a little too old for Neamer’s arbitrary threshold.
How about Gregory R. Smith? He received his bachelor’s degree from Randolph-Macon College in the US of A at the age of 13. Dagnabbit! Still too old!
Then there’s Sufiah Yusof. Born in England to a Pakistani-born father and a Malaysian mother, Yusof was home-schooled by her ambitious parents and gained a university place to read mathematics at St. Hilda's College, Oxford at age 13.
Wait! I heard that a 17-year-old American had become the world's youngest Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. but in 2000 Chandra Sekar Subramanian sat the MCSE tests and passed—at age 10. Darn it! Now too young again. Wait, at age 12, Sekar enrolled as an undergraduate at the Anna University in Madras, which bent its rules to admit him. He will join an elite group of government scientists to help devise hacker-proof security systems for India's computer networks. Well, no real contribution from this prodigy just yet. We can exclude him.
Here’s a genuine contributor: Tathagat Avatar Tulsi, 15, roams the campus of the Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore, India's premier science school, where he is on his way to becoming the nation's youngest Ph.D. Tulsi earned his undergraduate degree in physics at age 10. Still not the right age, though.
Okay, here we go! Britain's most famous child prodigy, Ruth Lawrence, went to Oxford University at the age of 12 to study math. She’s the right age, but alas, I know what Neamer will say, “What contribution did this twelve year-old make? What work can we attribute to her at twelve years old?” I must admit, I have no answer…let’s move on.
Oh! Now here’s an example of a twelve year-old with work clearly attributed to him. I wonder if Neamer can accept this particular twelve year-olds contributions and ability to master a particular field of human endeavor?
Luke 2:41-52 (paraphrased with no change in meaning)
41 His parents went to Jerusalem every year…And when He was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem…When they had finished the days, as they returned, the Boy Jesus lingered behind in Jerusalem. And Joseph and His mother did not know it…they went a day's journey, and sought Him [and] did not find Him. They returned to Jerusalem [and] found Him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the teachers, both listening to them and asking them questions. All who heard Him were astonished at His understanding and answers. So when [Joseph and Mary] saw Him, they were amazed; and His mother said to Him, "Son, why have You done this to us? Look, Your father and I have sought You anxiously." And [the twelve year-old Savior] said to them, "Why did you seek Me? Did you not know that I must be about My Father's business?"
I guess youngsters actually can figure things out for themselves, huh? Talk about embarrassing! Neamer won’t trust his earthly mortgage to a twelve year-old but Neamer doesn’t mind placing their eternal soul in the hands of a twelve year-old…and this coming from an individual who supposedly shouldn’t value such temporal concepts as “mortgage” or “car” or “nice clothes”.
Man! I really wish someone would teach me how to think logically and critically. I sure as heck aint learnin’ it here!
Respectfully,
Dennison Mann

First, I HAVE studied logic; secondly, I do not use crystals; and thirdly, there are so many inconsistencies in the bible I would need a lifetime to list them. However, check-out my next post, which will be especially for you. It will contain probably one of the most MINOR inconsistencies. Perhaps I should start a blog for them? I could post a dozen entries a day and still be at it in my next lifetime. And my daughter actually has quite a lot of sense - she's thinking for HERSELF, not believing blindly what she has had force-fed into her brain.

Well, Witty
At least no one will ever accuse you of taking a course in logic. (Or even critical thinking , for that matter) Your "if you are told ..." argument is as flawed as it is pitiful. (Or you sure your 12 year old didn't purpose it?)
While I find it encouageing that you allow your daughter to think on her own, I wouldn't entrust any Masters level work to her as of yet and I would also hold off on puting her in charge of all the household finances( Mortgage, etc.) Maybe it's just me , but I have a sneeky suspicion why it is that none of the major works in philosophy, theology, ethics, religion, spirituality, politics, science, literature or art have benn attributed to 12 year olds.Forgive my paranoia, but I do see a pattern here,
A couple of point here, then I'll leave you to being one with your crystals;
The linguistic excellence of the ancient Hebrew and Semetic text of the old testiment are considered to be the most sound and developed in all of literature. This point has long been conceeded even by atheist linguists. The Bible, is ,put simply, the most consistant, historically preserved and most congruent work ever compiled in Human History. The original texts were written in four different languages, over 1,500 years by over 40 authors! Thereby making its congruency a miracle in itself! More to the point. If you cite to me any so called "inconsistencies" in the Bible, I will gladly clear it up for you and I promise not to embarrass you in the process.
Bring it on! Peace.
