I hope you attain to the level you are satisfied with overall, healthwise. I'm sure you drink more water than you think. One way to tell if you are not is when your limbs starts to ache when moving them. Another way is your lips champ throughout the day, and another way is when waking from sleep if experience hang-over type headaches. These are some of the signs of taking a lack of water.
