Not only does Mr. Bush have a plan, , but he has been implementing it with relative success. Kerry, on the other hand, has no plan, has voiced no plan, and that fact, that he really has no plan, is exactly the point of the last post on this blog.

having a plan
is better than not having any plan or knowing the first thing on how to put one together. It seems to me, that having a set of circumstances, like being the leader of the world, controlling the largest economy, having the greatest military, you'd be able to anticipate the need to make a plan for any action you might undertake--rather than swaggering onto the scene and telling everyone you're gonna do what you're gonna do, even when you don't know what you don't know and then blame everyone around you because THEY didn't have a plan.
