My thought when I wrote that last line was basically about thriving off of my own progression or progressive steps, hitting my stride with the determination to keep it... if that helps at all.  Anyway, I'm a bit twisted so maybe you have to have be a little bit twisted to get me.

Sitting on my ass

Getting lazy and stagnant

In mind and body.
