Yeah, I know that.....but there is something in this vitamin, some supplement that's supposed to help.  I'll keep ya "posted"  hehehe

Wildwoman, from what I've read metabolism is increased with exercise, especially muscle building exercise. You gotta work at it!

I've heard that One a day has a multi vitamin for women with something to boost the metabolism in us older women....I'm going to look for that next week, I think.

25 pounds would be ummmm about 10kgs? I think. Thats not too bad - just do it slowly and you'll be fine!

that's it!  If you can do it, so can I.  Nutrition and fitness plan commences on Monday!  I want to lose a few pounds.....I'm not revealing how much here.  Well, ok, I want to lose 25 pounds.  K?  at least 20.
