wild tomato recipe:

Saute garlic in olive oil and add some sweet onion allow them to soften but not brown. I don't mention the measurements, use the quantity to the tomatoes. Cut the top stems off and put the whole tomatoes into the garlic onion mixture. Allow to cook ten minutes. You can add a splash or wine or applejuice. Salt pepper and maybe some herbs (basil) if you desire. Allow the sauce to cool and blend the whole skins and all in a blender. I think you'll like those wild tomatoes on pasta or chicken or whatever.

when life gives you tomatoes that you don't like make marinara

Tomatoes are really intresting fruit.  I personally don't eat them.  I dont know why, I just dont like the taste.  Same with Ketchup,  but I love tomato sauce and tomato soup, go figure.  What I find unique is that for some reason,  I have tomato vines, plants, fruit, whatever growing all around my house.  Outside my bed room window, right near entrance to under neath the house,  tomato plants. Taking over the outdoor plants.   They are like weeds.   They dont get watered or cared for..they are just there!   Too bad I dont like to eat them!
