Morning exercise is supposed to be the best.
A good Web site I used to look at a lot is www.landry.com (Greg Landry). He is a fitness consultant, I believe. He does sell some things, but also offers free information. Morning exercise is supposed to rev the metabolism, he says. Congratulations on your success and good luck as you get more and more fit.
