Hi there...
Terrible thing losing a friend - sorry to hear that sad news.
I've just read through your 'About me' page and was very interested to learn about your activities for disabled rights etc. One of my dearest friends is severely physically disabled and we have got ourselves into all manner of scrapes over access issues etc. We are currently in the process of practicing for an 800 mile walk from one end of England to the other, in the expectation of raising thousands of £s for charities. So I thought I'd drop by and say "Hi". I look forward to reading more of your posts. Cheers!
