... i had high blood pressure for awhile to, but mostly due to stress and anxiety.. i used meditation, as well as my diet, and i read a book by Louise Hays called You Can Heal Your Life, which I recommend to anyone who's going through anything in thier life! Amazing. It's great you gained control over it!! woo hoo!!

hi. i had enormously high blood pressure and found that a combination of yoga, meditation, massage and making use of a flotation tank really helped to lower it.
