Kick ass and take names

Daisy,

You have every reason to be upset, but I'd say you have the edge in this conflict. I wouldn't want to have to face off against you in lieu of all the "evidence" you have accumulated. Carry on the plight and try to keep smiling.

Nightman

How's this for a proper comment....
I bet you are a pain in the butt....in such a great way.  People like that are usually creative and intelligent.  I guess maybe I'm biased, since I'm a pain in the butt, too.  I love your little video clip.  You seriously are just too cute. :)  Everytime I say something like that since I posted about Sherry I feel like I have to have a disclaimer....I am not hitting on you. ::: laughing ::: I'm always all touchy feely mushy.  :)

Hi Sweetie...
I am getting ready for work and can't read your whole post, but I wanted to comment on the situation at the bar.  Call the EEOC and start documenting everything in writing...keeping copies of anything you give him.  If you do that and he fires you, you may have a wrongful termination suit.  But, getting people involved and writing letters should act as a disincentive for him not to fire you.  I was an attorney in a former life, and I'm going through something similar with my employer.  I'll read and comment properly later.

TG... i wouldn't dream about trying to manipulate them or even reason with them anymore..  at this point, i'm looking forward to thier wrongful behaviour.. i'll politely smile , collect myself and walk out the door. i'm done with them.  ( at least this is what i keep telling myself..)

it's good you know your rights -- don't blackmail them, though -- if it ever comes to a lawsuit they might bring it up against you, as crazy as that may seem, given what you know about them -- just stick to the truth and the law as best you can -- then if you need it get a good lawyer -- it's good your manager is on your side... keep the faith.  tg

Daisyface...

Do remember not to stress yourself too much.  I hope that somehow, things get better.

This whole situation really stinks...

I hope they realize what a gem you are and stop acting so insanely stupid about the whole thing before things escalate!

Take care!
All the best to yourself and the coming baby! Good luck. Lawsuit is no fun, especially with a baby on the way. - Nala
