in fact I have a problem
with someone with such a narrow religious "preference?" as Ashcroft does being in such an office of influence.
He was governor of Missouri and then Senator from Missouri and many of his constituents had issues with him then.
So he was defeated in a senate race by a dead man, then appointed AG.

That's the problem
Also -- airport security -- plenty of reports that it's back to pre - 9/11 levels, meaning, almost nonexistent -- airlines don't want the hassle and the trouble of effective security -- hurts ther bottom line -- they've fired people who've complained about lax security.
