I think there's always something there if you dig deep enough, especially in the empty thoughts--- sometimes they are the best springboards for meditation, I believe.

Great tremacc
I hear some interesting things when I am quiet and listen to what my thoughts are telling me. We are bombarded so often by noise and distractions that we easily can go through life not paying attention. Great poem!
