My favorite scripture
and I can say, at age 60, that life has given me reasons to experience what it means.... I came close in relationship to my parents as they aged through Alzeheimers and alcoholism. I come even closer as a parent and grandparent. Other than that, I have generally failed completely. But what a wonderful thing it is -- unconditional love. The times I have given in to it have been miraculous, indeed. Thank you for reminding me.
