Want to Know Why?
Why Johnny "Breck Boy" "Spanky" Edwards is not drawing crowds is because people are realizing what he has done for here in North Carolina. NOT A DAMN THING! Everyone here knows that. That reason is why the Kerry/Edwards joke of a team will be completely embarassed here come election day. If you can't win your own state, forget it! Edwards is a liar. He is a personal injury lawyer or liar. People are getting wise to this idiot. It's over Kerry! Bush wins 55% to 42%.

Rush Limbaugh said he's just not drawing any crowds
If a place holds 1,000 for example he's drawing 500 and you always want it packed for the media and excitement, that's why those rallys are always in smaller venues.
And he's also not popular with the new Clinton people running the Kerry campaign. Edwards is thought to be the front runner for the 2008 race when Hillary likely plans on being the first ever woman presidential nominee so they don't want Edwards looking like a viable candidate... this is from Rush to and he seems adept at reading political future.
Remember too, the Clinton's wanted Clark last year. No one, not Gore, not the Clinton's wanted Kerry. Gore even said as much in a speech.
I think Rush may be right. I think the Clinton's will keep Kerry down so they will have an open seat for Hillary in four years. I can't imagine them wanting Kerry to win. Hillary would have an impossible task trying to defeat an incumbent Prez in a primary. And it would blow the party apart.
