Hey, HolyG.

Yeah, I know.   As weird as it sounds, when I don't think about me so much and I focus on the bigger picture, it all doesn't seem so heavy.  Also things seem to go better for me when I take time to meditate (remember too, lol).  But that's what works for me.   You have to find what works for you too.

It's true that a lot of it is in our hands...I just wish I knew what to do with it.  It gets heavy, you know?
