Yeah TG..   We have yoga out here..   My doctor said to wait a week before trying any stretching out. But it's something I'm looking forward to doing..   As for the those books.. I dont have either...   I'll look into your recommended one though!  Thanks

OI...  thanks..  yes... I know the most pains are yet to come... ha ha haha..

Symphony..  thanks as well..  Sorry to hear about your back pains.. ugh..  I'm still feeling pain..  Not as bad as yesterday,  but still having trouble walking.. =(

I suffered back pain throughout my pregnancy...is was awful...but I was carrying a big baby......take care

sorry about the pain... take yoga classes if you can!  (my wife teaches yoga... i think they have that out in California...)

that's so cool about the boy!  There are few good dad books on this... have you the Girlfriend's Guide To PRegnancy by Vicki Iovine?  Hilarious!  and valuable!  and please if you have it, pitch that what to expect  book. that series is awful!  tg

Thanks Lady..

I was reading about the pregnancy chiropractic treatments today..  and once I'm able to move around good enough,  I"ll be looking into yoga..  Hopefully that will be tomorrow!!  All advice is welcomed and needed.. Thank you!!

Congratulations!! I've got 2 boys myself.  That pain is probably your siatic nerve, I had that it hurt like hell.  There are some chiropractors that help pregnancy pains......or yoga.  It's a blessing.  I know I know how madonna of me, but it works.  Good luck, hope you feel better.
