I find the phrase "in my dreams" intriguing.  Do you mean to say you had several dreams about your husband after his death?

I worked through my grief
at my husband's death, in my dreams.  At first I was angry at him for driving so poorly, but I realized that he paid for his mistakes with his life.  That made me feel less angry at him, although he hadn't cared that he was about to take me with him, as I was also in the car when we crashed.

I don't think there is any way to know for sure...
I think we can all choose to believe what will bring us the most comfort.

Very interesting sharing, Friar. Of course, we can't prove or disprove anything yet. I've heard stories about the dead visiiting in dreams too. I think this is the case where there is general skepticism unless one has had the personal experience.
