Friar, thanks for confirming this phenomena. I know some religious can gauge the spitituality levels of people. Its not possible to recognize thousands of people on all the Sunday masses. Plus, some flock move around and do church-hopping.

 I actually hear priests talking about angels and such but of course, they refuse to be specific. Only quote from bible or authorized literature.

that is because they know their flock.  In rare cases, old priests have a developed sense of the "spiritual" situation of their flock.  I don't have that capacity yet.

No, I didn't know about that. I do know that priests have special discernment like who to administer Holy Communion to. Many times, I see people being denied H.C. as certain priests seem able to discern who are the Catholic flock and those who are not.

Nah, I don't have spiritual sightings...
and my training makes to "blind" to such.  Did you know that we priests are trained to be skeptical to such phenomena?  But I hear a lot of stories.  And after the recent death of my brother, I heard a lot more from my sisters and Dad.
