I admire you! Its can be relatively easy to take the first step, its the ones that follow which need desire and determination! I'm starting the exercise and sensible eating routine again myself. There's something about middle age that makes it all the more difficult to get fit and keep the weight off, but I'm damned if I'm going to be old, single, overweight and unfit!!! At least I can rectify the last two...

I wish you luck
I already visited the path of being over weight. I eat pretty much what I want. I take vigorous walks and guzzle way too much water. As we age the weight seems to want to stay with us. I have found a technique that is also helpful for your waist. While breathing in, push your stomach out, and while exhaling suck your stomach in. I do it often, and you should be able to feel it if its working affectively. Good luck!
