Hey, HolyG. Oh! Well, I hope it all works itself out.
I think your sister will appreciate EPO and so will your ex.

No, Wellbutrin is what I was switched to because the other class of meds made me gain weight. But, I gave my bottle of EPO to my sister because it sure can't hurt! I also recommened that my ex who has Lupus read about it too...

Whoa! Sorry, HolyG. I thought you said you had stopped taking Wellbutrin
a few months ago because of the weight fluctuations. I suggested natural alternatives because I thought they might be beneficial as options. My bad. No seizures for you! Well, there's still the folic acid to consider since it is a vitamin b. Be well, girl. Be well.

Hey, Bridge. Yes, that's what my heart says but my mind knows better.
I don't know why we keep dancing this dance, because we are complete opposites. We are as different as two people in this world can be.

This of course has nothing to do with your haiku, but check out this bad news: There are some drugs, however, that should NEVER be mixed with Evening Oil of Primrose due to the risk of seizures. These include phenothiazine drugs such as Mellaril, Stelazine or Thorazine. This remedy should also NOT be mixed with antidepressants like
Wellbutrin, due to increased seizure risk. Uh oh....

Rachel Anna, I'll say it again as I did before on your blog, what you have is some kind of wonderful. My ex has a background in Finance so he never understood any of my creative endeavors or why I was wasting my time on something that didn't have an immediate or tangible bottom line. I think that he is only now beginning to understand me.
Maybe.

Who knows? Maybe you and hubby will write something together!

Thank you David. You are great. I haven't been myself for days though
so Jemmie may have a point. I just mentioned to Symphony the other day that I fell down the rabbit hole and took the red pill, lol. But you always, always get me anyway, so yes, I surely did miss you.
I actually thought about you when I wrote the one about Serendipity because I knew you would appreciate it if you were here.
No Jemmie--- I am not offended.

Thanks Jemmie. I don't know. I can't say for sure.
Maybe I am not as level-headed and clear thinking as usual and probably a little too emotional with this haiku. My son and I just spent time with my ex in Florida and he is in the middle of that hurricane so he is probably occupying my thoughts more than I realize. Sorry.

Yeah, it's very cool to be able to relate in this way. He's been a big help for me, and very supportive. He self published two books and has done really well with them, and now a major publishing house is interested, so we'll see.

Rachel Anna, you're husband's a writer too? That's so great, I'm happy for you. To be able to relate in that way. The tape recorder does come in handy when you're out and about or in my case, sleepy and trying to capture the pieces of a dream...

I thank you for your reply to me. We each have our own opinions. I wasn't saying that the Haiku was bad, because it certainly was NOT bad. It was quite good, actually. I just don't think it's on the same lever of her other haiku.
And tremacc, I certainly hope I didn't offend you.

While I don't agree with you on Tremacc's Haiku, I will give you kudos for pointing out Stephen King! In the last 15 years or so some of his work looks like he was just doing it because he needed to 'write something"! He was at one time by far my favorite writer ever! I think the Rolling Stones have been doing the same thing now for some 20 years!

David, maybe now the time is right. I say dust it off, it can't hurt.
I keep a tape recorder by me when I sleep. For some reason, I get my the best thoughts in the middle of the night.

You know I love your Haiku! I praise them as much as I can. You are a Haiku genius.
That said, while I can feel the emotion in this most recent haiku, it seems to me that you wrote it without your usual talent--like it was just popped out--you know--like some of Stephen King's novels.
Still, emotionally speaking, the message does come across loud and clear.

My husband using a mini recorder for all of his writing.
He carries it with him in his briefcase and if he thinks of something while at work he can just go record it really quick. I'm actually amazed at how much he uses it!

Tape recorder! I actually tried that!
A few years ago I had what I thought was a terrific story. I bought a tape recorder because I read in a magazine that many do that. Maybe I should dust it off and start using it again!

You know what? Sometimes, when I am writing my so-called scripts and stories and the thoughts and images come too fast in my head, I can't write it down fast enough and I lose some of it and sometimes once you lose it, you can't get it back. So, what I started doing was saying bits and pieces of it into a mini tape recorder to write down later. It really helps.

I tried the writing the love story thing, but I don't know what happened! It is still in my brain. But somewhere in between thinking it and writing it down it seems to lose something. Maybe something called talent...LOL

First of all just let me say, I meant thinking like a man, not being a man (but you know what I meant, right?) Maybe this will help, think of it along the lines of Toni Braxton's song, "
Unbreak My Heart""... I was living in the past for a moment... I want what once was, to be again. I want him to fix what is broken and not pretend that it was never broken to begin with. Does that make more sense? Ha. Probably not. Luckily, you got it right the first time.
