Also, a lot of places will now give you cash back when you use your debit card, reducing the need for spending the few extra minutes at an ATM. I do my grocery shopping at Albertsons and prefer to pay with my debit card, even though there are two ATM's right at the entrance. Why spend the few extra minutes at an ATM when I can get cash back for incidentals when I pay for groceries?
