I don't post here as often as I'd like - you're inspiring me to do more, though!

:)
I found this very interesting. I've recently been intrigued by
shamanism. I've never experienced it, but I really enjoyed reading your
entry here. I currently live quite far from the coast, but my real home
is about 10 miles from the coast. I feel so unbalanced when I'm over
here.

contemporary American Society
discourages these kinds of things.
yet there are these kinds of things.
I have just skirted the edge, myself.
but I know there's more.

The Ocean...
...does it for me, too.
Last time I was at the Sunshine Coast (NOT the Gold Coast, which is 'orrible!) I was on the beach in time for sunrise, every morning, just me and the Universe.
Thanks for reading!

Damon, what a moving post. When I need to regroup or spiritually reassess, I head for the ocean. I have my favourite spots, but generally anywhere with waves and rocks is good for me. Water is so healing.
