Melodystar, I was there, in that place so recently.
Someone I thought I could trust who had my best interest at heart betrayed me. I think what hurts the most is believing...or learning to believe again...that someone has genuine, deep and true respect and love for you...that they would never hurt you. Then they do, and you are so blindsided by it, it's brutal. It's good that you can have faith in someone, don't lose that. I feel what you wrote here, that astonishment and ache and deep, deep blue. I hope it gets better for you and that you see something good develop out of the hardship.

I have been so immersed in my busy schedule that I have been remiss in reading. I empathize with you and what you are going through. I struggle with a daily battle to keep my head above water and it is never an easy task because we rely so much on others to define our happiness. I wish for you some small moment of solace this day. Sorry for your bad day and night...
