We can only aspire to measure up to your heavenly stature, Darke One. As for why we should care, that's merely a reflection of our own shallow, self-depricating society, bent on holding us up to impossibly high standards set by others and our own insecurities.
That said, however, in your case, I find the hypnotic allure of your satiny words as irresistable as the glare of a pantheress' eyes as she is about to pounce on her unwary prey. Is it pathetic, to long to be devoured, or merely a measure of respect and devotion? You decide.
