Your correct about stock larcenies-Finally the brokers are getting their hands slapped lightly.
I play the market daily and lost10,000 just learning how the market work.Have recouped that plus some but it is dangerous but also can be very lucrative.Penny stocks are the worst example of theivry. I still have 24000 shares of a stock that goes between .004 and .01 cents.They have almost 4 million shares outstanding. I just read their latest financial and they have less than 4000 dollars in the bank Regardless of this they are still allowed to fleece people in the OTC board. They put out some stupid news,with big plans and the stock doubles. I also have30,000 worthless shares of US AIRWAYS. Overall the new reforms should help the market.
