That is so touching and something we need to hear more of. People hawk war, but they don't know what war looks like.
About the pain thing and the exercise. I lost the weight working out before I injured my back. The pain syndrome came from that event. Now I can't even sit or stand or walk for too long before the pain starts. I over-exercized and I think I hurt myself running on concrete.
