Not really.
Because of fair skin, freckles, and the skin cancer scare, plus being in my productivity pod 8-9 hours each day, I don't get much sun. I like to see the sunshine (I hate gloomy days), but I don't like the way it makes me too warm, so I always opt for the shade. Not a bad idea, though, maybe I'll try for a few minutes each day. What I really like is the wind (just threw that in for interest).

Sunshine
Your mention of Sunshine at the end of this blog reminded me of when I worked in a building with windows that didn't open and was rarely cleaned (because we were open 24/7 and could not do our jobs with the cleaning crew around - plus everything was highly confidential and only certain people were allowed on the floor). Anyway, I used to go outside in the summer time and sit in the sun on my breaks. I used to hate working in winter, but I really enjoyed being able to get away from what I considered to be a dark environment. Do you sit in the sun alot? I'm not trying to say that it is the answer to your problem, but I know a person needs some sunshine and a few minutes a day can really boost your energy. Just a thought.
