I apologize for being so out of touch, I have been on a roadtrip and have not been able to get the internet for some time. I am so glad to see that you have formulated a plan, and I think that you are making great strides. I admire your strength and think that you are on the right track.
It is great to hear that your husband is supportive and wants you to be safe, as we all do. I think that plan is a good one. As others have said before, please make sure to take action if you feel depressed or if you are thinking of doing anything. I can understand your wish not to call your husband, but remember that he loves you and cares very much about you, and I am sure he will do anything to keep you safe. That bond is a place of strength that can help you. It is good that he is there for you, and I am glad that you have that support.
I am glad to see that you are still writing in this blog and getting this out of your system, it has to be doing some good. I hope all is well with you and that you continue along this path of healing, and my best thoughts are with you.
