It is absolutely a door to something else that is better ...or to at least make you look around and figure out if you're where you should or need to be.
On a side note - I worked in a bookstore for 3 years and I loved it. I bought a lot of those "bargain" books that sit on my shelves but it's great for those days that I just want to read. It's great to be around all of those words ..very inspiring.
