THIS IS TRUE--READ THIS COMMENT!
I used to live in California where they offer Sparklets bottled water. One day, I was walking home with my kids from the store. Pulled up to the fire hydrant was the Sparklets truck, "refueling", hose into main tank of water. They were not washing it out, they were putting in more water for distribution. How do I know? We asked.

this, that's why I've never drunk much bottled water.
