I know
I live on a corner lot by a 3 way stop sign and no one ever stops at the stop sign. Even the people that live in my neighborhood with small children that ride their bikes and play in the streets. I always have to be alert

I live two blocks down from an elementary school..
and it's amazing how so many people just fly down the street and don't slow down even when the lights are flashing.
