Didn't know that about the bones....but I always tell my kids that watermelon and lettuce are about 95% water so eat up!

for the compliment on the background . I drink quite a bit of coffee myself, but since the 80' mu water intake is app. 1-2 gallons of water a day. My body runs very hot - no laughing - LOL

Water
There was a recent report out stating water was of course the best option, but any liquid, including caffienated beverages, milk, and juice do count toward your daily intake.
