I really need to....
set aside time to write on a daily basis.  Living alone has forced me into the habit of constantly being busy.  Before, I had a husband to either come home to or wait for.  If nothing else it gave me something to look forward to at the end of the day.  Now all I have is myself, my pets and the never ending list of things to do.  Right now I'm appreciating the fact that my list is neverending.  Still, I KNOW I could fit time in to write every day.  In fact, if I used all the time I've just sat here and written comments to blogs I've read, just think of what I could have added to the novel I'm currently working on?! : )    ~ A. I too enjoy writing my stuff before

inputting to the computer. My style is cramped though (when I have free time)  by a busy body in my office.  Writing this way does force me to revise.  I can relate to your obsessions.  I have a thing for stationery, especially note books and pens. Love those pilot pens as well as gel writers.

Isn't that the truth!
People watching is the greatest thing, even m ore so for writers.  Keep at it; there is a sort of natural progression, and you'll complete that novel, or whatever else you want to write, someday.

You are so fun!  I used to write to and from work on the bus.  No completed novels yet, but a lot of REALLY interesting characters!!
