westwend --- I have to second what man-boy is saying
faith and spirituality can be so much more than the trappings of what it has turned into by the constant bastardization of man. More and more people are dissatisfied with this traditional way of thinking. Especially when it is used for ulterior agenda. You may be onto something. There may in fact be a grassroots movement towards elightenment. One can only hope and encourage such a movement.

I do believe so westwend.
Consciousness is increasing to the point where we will be at the point of reaching 'critical mass'. At this point new ideas and love will spread like a chain reaction. My nieces and nephews have largely escaped thus far the 'infections' of orthodoxy. Thes are the prisons of ideas that we were being indoctrinated into at six and seven and were filled with original sin and denial of what our own hearts told us of goodness and brotherhood. You are on the right track.
