My wife has had less allergy problems drinking water
More specifically "
purified" water. I'll be talking more about water quality.

SirReid:
I had read a while back about dehydration being the cause of sinus related problems such as sinusitis, headache, etc. Since I suffer regularly from sinus issues, I should most definitely try drinking more water. I hardly ever do.
Thanks for the eye opening post!

I've heard of this before, but no matter how hard I try I just can't drink that much water, or anything else, each day!

I heard and read that recently also
People recently saying we should to drink less than 6-8 glasses of water are truly taking drugs. If not, they should be taking drugs.
From my own person experience over quit a few, well many years keeping the body continuously hydrated pays big dividends in keeping me at peak performance throughout the day.

My husband started bringing me home some delicious Lava Fruit drinks,
and I realized how much a drink can fill you up! Drinking water more would also prevent eating too much and being sick from various excesses.

Interesting
I had actually read some other things lately saying the opposite, that we don't need as much water as we used to think. I'd better stop reading, I'm getting confused:)

Interesting, SirReid.
I know for a fact I don't drink nearly as much water as I should. It could explain a lot of things. Thanks for sharing this!
