In this case
It was wise to remove at least two of them. The bottom ones because they were impacted and coming in sideways through the gums. According to the literature that I have read prior to the surgery it is wise because by not removing them can cause cyst, infection, periodontal disease, along with other things. So at least two were necessary. I saw the x-rays but the top two possibly could have waited. Thanks for reading
