I don't even think I know what a wazoo is...
But "up the wazoo" is a phrase that means there is a lot of something bad....
Like how someone would say "I've had it up to here" or "I'm up to my neck in paperwork...
or something like that...

I watched the DNC in Boston and went to bed after midnight, and got up at 5am. What's going on around us to keep us awake more than usual?
