I know the firm
Even when working with them on a matter I was careful not to turn my back on these "whores," please excuse the word, but it is appropriate. They not only were good at their jobs, they thought they were better at my job than I was. I continually had to explain why their creative accounting shouldn't fly only to be faced by a new missile. I thought the law was what it said, not so said KPMG it's what we make it. Needless to say, I was off the case before they were.
