I found this move very interesting. Positive, for sure. I know many Muslims were very angry about the on-going presence of American forces on the holiest of lands, and now it's over. I think that's fantastic.
I do have fears, though. The PNAC agenda is to get a US presence in every area of the world. They're not going to ignore or walk away from the oil-rich Gulf. So is the intention to have Iraq now as the new base? Or Kuwait, maybe?
