I was told by a parapsychologist that I have an "old soul", this hinting at multiple lives, of course. I do pretty much believe in reincarnation -- there are hints at it in the New Testament.
I do believe that we have to basically forget what has been and what will be and work at what is. And that's the hardest thing anyone can do.

do you believe in old souls?
I have known people in my life so....spiritually full and good, yet so young, I wonder if they are old souls. I think of my would-have-been sister-in law. She died of leukemia when I was 16. She had this incredible presence and this...shine. She was raised by fanatical Catholics and while she was devout, she was tolerant in a way her family was not. It was just there in her, like she had already made it. God, I miss her.
