1. See Obssessionz' post above. You'll never be bored.

2. The vital step once you "favoritize" someone is to go to their account/profile. That will list all their blogs,and you can go through them at will. If you get inundated, look at some every other day or so, they don't usually go anywhere.

I'm still learning this too, and it is a fluid and evolving, some say mutating, forum.

I do add people to my faves list.  But sometimes they add blogs or change the names of their blogs, etc.  And the new stuff gets lost in the shuffle.

Or sometimes, there's a blogger who I don't have on my faves list because they're not really a fave, but said something quite profound in one post, and I want to refer to that, but can't find the person any longer.

When you read someone you like, put them on your favorites list (the one inside the blogger page, upper right). You can then  click on their name, see their account, and a list of all their blogs.

I find I find and try more new bloggers with the current plan myself, old fogey that I am.
