I agree Saul
AIDS has largely been ignored, and millions of people are suffering because of it. However, some is being done, but the problem is difficult to deal with. Especially in Africa it is tumultuous at best because of local taboos and lack of education of the people, which governments seem disinclined to help with.
Considering it would only cost a few billion to give aid to all those suffering with AIDS, it seems like we're putting a price on human life. And it's very, very cheap.
