You should run for city council.
There is no reason you are less qualified than some developer or real estate agent. You should give it a try. And if you do run, take every opportuntity to do newspaper interviews and radio interviews, because I pay more attention to that than paid advertisements. Paid advertisements just remind me of rich and greedy people, and I won't vote for people like that. Take care!

Sprawl is hitting us all. I live in Denver and I cannot help but feel sorry for the coyote. I refuse to build a new house and will not buy one newer than 1959 (I believe in recycing). It is inevitable, start tunneling.
